If Ron Jaworski believes in Jason Campbell, then why can’t raving lunatics around the DMV believe in Jason Campbell?
Or perhaps you’d like more stretch plays served up with your 5-11 season?
Jaworski noted the game’s biggest audible early in the fourth quarter. Campbell approached the line, ready to run a stretch run play. But he spotted [...]

To answer that question, you have to look at what you knew about both teams before the season started, and what we’ve learned thus far.

Jason Campbell needs to walk into Jim Zorn’s office right now, fall on the floor in agony, and say his hamstring has been torn in three places. Because if he doesn’t, the Redskins will insure that he won’t last more than two more years in the NFL.

There are some other striking resemblances at HateTheOwner.com, but none more fascinating than this one.
And by the way, a curl may be just the thing that gets the Redskins mojo going again. I mean, Pedro Martinez will be pitching in another World Series with it. It can’t be that bad.

Jason Campbell will be your starter for next week’s Monday Night Football massacre. And its a good thing, too – there’s no way Todd Collins emerges from the game against the Philadelphia Eagles with health, pride or sense of self-worth.
But Campbell is the right man for the job. The last time JC faced the Eagles [...]

I find myself starting to care less and less about the Washington NFL franchise. Sure, I enjoy waging my one-man campaign to bring down Daniel Snyder’s evil regime, but the more I want to feel bad for Jim Zorn, Jason Campbell and the rest of the squad, the more I discover that there is very [...]

Three interceptions or two third quarter touchdowns?
A fumble-prone stiff or a mobile quarterback that can get you the first down with his feet on any given play?
A winner or a loser?
In Washington or out?
That’s the mystery of Jason Campbell. Washington’s record reflects it, the ownership group reflects it, the fan base reflects it. You want [...]

It’s not so bad that Washington lost to the Detroit Lions, as much as it is another harsh story line for the team and the city to endure throughout this season.
Of all of the morose topics and trends of under-performance in Washington-area sports, no other team makes it so easy to rejoice in their misfortune. [...]

It seems so far off that Clinton Portis was a serious contender for the NFL MVP award just a season ago. Through half of a season, Portis had rushed for 995 yards, seven touchdowns, and the affection of rabid Washington football faithful.
By the time the season had concluded, Portis rushed for 100 yards in a [...]

If you woke up this morning still a fan of Washington football, you should give yourself a pat on the back. There was very little to take away from their 23-17 loss to the New York Giants that would suggest the team is close to competing for an NFC East title, which is what the [...]
