While long gone from Washington, former Wizards and current 76ers coach Eddie Jordan still has a thing against big men. This time its Elton Brand, who isn’t one percent of the douchebag Brendan Haywood is, but is in just as big of a doghouse in Philly. Talked with Eddie Jordan today and asked him if [...]

So the man who should still be coach of the Washington Wizards has been tapped to lead the Philadelphia 76ers. Eddie Jordan will be the next head coach of a young, athletic team that pushed a championship contender in the first round of this year’s playoffs. So where do we begin with the story lines? [...]

From coast to coast, NBA teams are discovering the secret that the Wizards managed to waste; when it comes to rebuilding a franchise, few do it better than Eddie Jordan. The Sacramento Kings, the Philadelphia 76ers, the list will likely grow throughout the summer unless an early offer becomes to tough to refuse for our [...]

Whatever Ed Tapscott is saying to the Washington Wizards these days is apparently worlds different from the message Eddie Jordan was sending earlier. Since his arrival, the Wizards are 3-5, including a come-from-behind effort at home last night against the imploding Detroit Pistons. Technorati Tags: Ed Tapscott, Eddie Jordan, Washington Wizards

The consensus throughout Wizards world is that Eddie Jordan caught a bad deal with his firing. No one doubts that he can coach, or that he had a group of players that could have gotten it done with him. Technorati Tags: Eddie Jordan, Gilbert Arenas, Washington Wizards

The beginning of the Washington Wizards 2008-09 campaign kind of has this O.J. Simpson feel to it. Not the last trial, THE trial. This team has severe problems, but despite all of the intuition and motive in the world, you can’t put the blade to Eddie Jordan’s coaching career just yet. Too few games, a [...]

The Washington Wizards lost their season opener last night, and they lost because of what usually will cause the team to lose; poor shooting and porous defense. Lucky for us, head coach Eddie Jordan has the eloquence to get to the core of the Wizards’ shaky start. “First, I thought we didn’t play very well. [...]

It’s over before it even gets started. It was bad enough with Gilbert Arenas being out for knee problems, but Antawn Jamison too? What’s next, Caron Butler turns an ankle while runway modeling? Will DeShawn Stevenson sprain the thumb on his shooting hand while swiping his black card at a Downtown Locker Room 80′s Gear [...]

Maybe its too much to ask. After all, the Detroit Pistons’ recent run wasn’t built on a glittering offense, but a tough and rusty defense. So maybe that’s the attitude we should take when considering the Washington Wizards and their chances to contend in the Eastern Conference. Forget defense, let’s just score more points than [...]
