Will Ravens Go For Dwayne Bowe?
That’s the rumor, both here and in Kansas City. But we’ve been down this road before, right? If the Ravens did want to make a move, I mean really make a move for a quality receiver with serviceable size, why sign David Tyree?
Why not go after Brandon Marshall or Anquan Boldin months ago? Those two have reconciled with their teams weeks ago, so who else can you get that would make the league and its observers turn towards the Harbor with concern?
Nobody at this point. Including Dwayne Bowe.
If the Ravens are indeed chasing down Bowe, the word that immediately comes to mind is quizzical. Makes sense, but seems like they were in much better position for a much better player a long time ago.

The ravens went after Tyree to mainly fill a recent void left on special teams by injury. They don’t expect a ton at the WR position. Boldin was too expensive and Marshall not a “character” guy. Bowe should fit nicely while still somewhat under the radar to the rest of the league. I say the Ravens get it done.
