You have to envy Dan Steinberg. He’s technically media, but he can report on the most random of local sports topics without the burden of journalistic style and “news.”
He’s a blogger, but he has more access than any basement-dweller could ever hope for.
So, somewhere in the purgatory of professionalism and insanity, we pluck one of his best works yet, Gilbert Arenas wearing a hotel “Do Not Disturb” tag. Was it a political statement? Was it a sly message to media members? Was it part of an upcoming prank against Nick Young?
You just never know. And that’s why we should all be lucky to have Steinz.
