Eddie Jordan’s Wisdom for the Ages

The Washington Wizards lost their season opener last night, and they lost because of what usually will cause the team to lose; poor shooting and porous defense.

Lucky for us, head coach Eddie Jordan has the eloquence to get to the core of the Wizards’ shaky start.

“First, I thought we didn’t play very well. Second, I thought New Jersey had something to do with it.”

Look out, Barack. You won’t be the only HNIC in D.C. with the gift of gab.

  1. Jordan added, “But hey, it’s the NBA…the team with the most points when the buzzer sounds wins.”
