The Caps have long had the siren as their goal celebration, I believe it dates back to 1974. At least as far back as I can remember is 1980 and they had it then. The Caps were the first team in the NHL to have some kind of celebration after goals of that nature. If someone can fill me in to other teams and when they did, I'd be appreciative. I believe the horn was added when they went to the new building, I don't remember it being part of Capital Centre. Jarrod. Huh???
