Elijah Dukes Is Hurt, Dawg

The Washington Nationals might soon receive a call from the Guiness Book of World Records, because it’s highly likely no other Major League Baseball team in the history of mankind has had this many injuries in one season.

Elijah Dukes is now on the disabled list with a torn meniscus, making him the eighth starter this season to sustain a serious injury, and giving the Washington Nationals more DL time than Star Jones’ ex-husband.

If not for Washingtonians being used to multiple Washington Redskins being hurt simultaneously, I would think the news couldn’t get any worse for the Washington Nationals.
